VELAIRE ARCHIVE
COUNCIL PORTAL • EXPERIENCE FIRST • EXPLANATION OPEN
THE EXPERIENCE COMES FIRST. THE EXPLANATION REMAINS OPEN.
A living public archive for anomalous human experience — UFOs and aerial phenomena, unusual beings, apparitions, missing time, ground traces, unexplained sounds or signals, synchronicities, environmental anomalies, and experiences that do not fit any existing category.
FIELD ENTRY
You do not need to know what caused it. Record what happened as clearly as you can.
Pick the category that fits best. If none do, choose Unclassified.
Add when and where the experience occurred, as specifically as you are comfortable sharing.
Describe what you saw, heard, felt, recorded, or noticed in your own words.
Choose whether you want to bring the experience into a community room for conversation and other perspectives.
PUBLIC FIELD ARCHIVE
Filter by experience type. Click the map to select a report location.
COMMUNITY DISCUSSION
A place to talk with other people who have experienced something difficult to explain.
Speak plainly. Ask questions. Compare experiences. Offer possibilities without insisting that another person adopt your conclusion. Community conversation is not therapy, crisis care, medical advice, or professional investigation.
This room is open. Share an experience, ask a question, or offer a perspective.
Prototype conversation is stored only in this browser until the shared community database is connected.
EXPERIMENTAL LISTENING PROTOCOL
Run the Velaire sequence or build a custom tonal channel. Different channels. Different observers. Different conditions. Record what happens.

AUDIO INACTIVE
Use headphones or speakers at a comfortable volume. You can stop the audio completely at any time.
To record your session or environment, use a separate recording device. Recording compatibility varies by computer and browser.
OPEN CHANNEL DAILY RECORD
Daily totals remain separate from independent anomaly reports. They are useful as experimental activity data, including sessions where nothing unusual was observed.
PUBLIC ARCHIVE
The archive combines community reports, field records, tonal experiments and the three-transmission public sequence.
LAYER ONE
Presence, identity, peaceful opening, structured intent and the first observation window.
DID ANYTHING HAPPEN?
PUBLIC / ACTIVELAYER TWO
Repeat an interesting observation under structured conditions, introduce challenge/response patterns, and compare the result without assuming a source.
REPEAT • CHALLENGE • COMPARE
PROTOCOL IN DEVELOPMENTLAYER THREE
Attempt reproduction with stronger controls, compare equipment and conditions, check ordinary interference, and preserve provenance.
REPRODUCE • CONTROL • VERIFY
PROTOCOL IN DEVELOPMENTWHY I CREATED VELAIRE ARCHIVE
For years, anomalous experiences have been part of my life. Like many people who encounter something they cannot easily explain, I initially looked toward established organizations for answers, investigation and community.
I became a member of the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) and earned my Field Investigator certification after completing its required training and examination. I received my investigator identification and was ready to participate. I was later told that I could not go into the field because I was considered not to have enough experience. What stayed with me was that there was never a clear conversation that helped me understand how I could gain that experience or move forward.
At the same time, I was trying to understand anomalies occurring in my own life. I wanted to learn, contribute, investigate and speak openly with people who understood how isolating an unexplained experience can feel. Over time, I largely found my own way.
Years later, I reported again and spoke with someone who treated my experience respectfully and referred me onward. I was told there would be further contact, but that connection did not continue. I do not share this to attack MUFON or the people who volunteer within it. Organizations have limitations, individuals have different approaches, and I have encountered thoughtful people along the way. I share it because I remember what it was like to be the person on the other side of the report, still looking for somewhere to turn.
My background crosses art, psychology, counseling education, expressive arts, independent anomaly exploration and lived experience navigating unexplained events. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling. I now use those tools to offer a respectful place for adults who want to talk through an anomalous experience, organize what happened, consider different possibilities and identify what they may want to do next.
Velaire Archive is not here to tell people what their experiences mean. A light in the sky does not automatically become extraterrestrial. An apparition does not automatically become a ghost. A voice, presence, dream, synchronicity, entity, sound, missing-time experience or other anomaly does not have to be forced into a predetermined explanation.
The experience comes first. The interpretation can remain open.
LIMITED • PRIVATE • BY REQUEST
If you would like to speak with me privately about an anomalous or unexplained experience, you may request a paid one-to-one conversation by video. Requests are reviewed individually and availability is limited. Submitting a request does not create an appointment or obligation for either of us.
Velaire Archive is an independent community and experimental archive. Private Experience Support is educational, reflective and experience-centered support; it is not psychotherapy, diagnosis, mental-health treatment, crisis care, medical care, legal advice, emergency response, or a substitute for licensed professional care or professional investigation. If someone is in immediate danger or experiencing a health or mental-health emergency, they should contact appropriate local emergency or licensed professional services.
LIMITED PRIVATE AVAILABILITY
For adults who want a private conversation about an anomalous or unexplained experience. Requests are reviewed individually.
Tell me briefly what happened and what kind of support or perspective you are looking for. You do not need to prove an explanation.
I decide whether I am available and whether the request fits the kind of support I offer. A request is not an automatic booking.
If I accept the request, I can reply privately with availability, the current fee, payment instructions and video-meeting details.
You can also use Velaire Archive independently. Private support is optional and is not required to report, explore, discuss or experiment.
The owner's private email address is not displayed on this website. Requests are intended to be delivered through the site's private contact system once server-side delivery is connected.
